I could not figure out how to get rid of some of the files that an internet protection software package left behind, and Computer Insanity not only removed the files left behind that caused the problem, they installed my new antivirus / anti-spyware software, downloaded the updates, and set it up for the software on my computer.

I felt like such a fool when I got a virus from an unsecure website. I thought for sure all of my files were gone forever. But the guys at Computer Insanity were great. Not only did they get rid of the virus, but they made sure my network was secure against future infection and attacks. Now I know what not to do next time. I also know, if anything goes wrong, Computer Insanity is the first call I’ll make!
