We will give you an estimate for repair so you can make an informed decision for your next step.

We will run a full diagnostic test on your computer to make sure it is not a hardware issue you are suffering from. Afterwards, we will find and eradicate any infections that may be lurking on your PC, fix any software and Windows errors, and resolve any other software related issues that your system may be hampered by.

We will:

• Troubleshoot 1 computer.
• Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.)
• Remove all viruses, spyware, malware and rootkits on the computer.
• Apply all operating system critical updates.
• Test the operating system for proper functionality.
• If there are any hardware repairs we will provide you with an estimated cost of the part plus the cost of labor.

*We can not guarantee any virus removal services without also protecting your system from future infections by installing a security suite.

We will run a full diagnostic test on your computer to make sure it is not a hardware issue you are suffering from. Afterwards, we will eradicate any infections that may be lurking on your PC as well as fix any other software issues you may have. When your system is working properly, we will install a security software suite of your choice. Software cost is a separate charge usually between $0.00 and $70.00, depending on software choice.

Operating system not functioning properly? You might need to reinstall the operating system from scratch. Or maybe you just want to upgrade. We can do all of this for you. We will erase your hard drive and then install your new operating system. After the install, we will set up your new operating system, install all drivers, and configure your system to work properly. ***WARNING*** This service WILL erase all of your data. Please be sure to back up your data first, or we can back it up for you as a part of our data back up service.

Have an important piece of software? Let us take care of the installation and get it configured to run to the best of its ability. We will install the software, configure, and update it. Service is for one software title only, software must be purchased separately.

Browse the internet, purchase items electronically, pay bills and monitor bank accounts – from anywhere in your home you’d like with the knowledge that your network is safe and secure from hackers and internet hijackers. We will setup two computers or devices for you. Each additional device is an extra charge.

We will:

• Set up and configure your wireless network connection with your ISP.
• Connect a wireless router to your ISP modem and update router firmware.
• Change your SSID, administrator username (if applicable) and administrator password.
• Enable wireless network encryption for added security.
• Network up to 2 compatible computers or devices, including file and print servers, network-ready printers, TVs, home theater equipment, VoIP devices, game consoles, Apple TV, TiVo, media center extenders Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii.
• Test your wireless connection for proper functionality.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, including reconfiguration and reconnection to the Internet (if applicable).

The following are not included with this service:
